Are your meal plans gluten-free?

Yes, all of our meal plans are gluten-free and have no added sugar (refined or processed).

I have an allergy, how can that be accommodated?

Yes, we can help! All our dishes have been evaluated for allergies. Use our filter capability to determine what dishes work for your particular allergy. Select your allergies and only dishes that work for you will appear!

How do I know how many calories I should be consuming on a daily basis?

Our Krush Quiz will take all of the information you provided (age, height, weight, sex, and physical activity) and calculate approximately how many calories you should consume on a daily basis to meet your goals. You can also order additional snacks if you choose to do so.

My fitness tracker tells me a number of calories I should be consuming. The Krush calculator gave me a different number. Which should I go by?

We use a measure that calculates your reported activity level with your height, weight, and sex. Tech gadgets can use a whole host of other data. We suggest that if you use tech devices, blend our suggested caloric intake with that of the device.

Can I speak to a Meal Plan expert to discuss my goals and to help choose the right plan for me?

How do I reheat my meals?

We recommend using a stovetop or oven, but if you choose you can use a microwave. Do not use the packaging in the microwave. You can find detailed reheating instructions on your packaging or find it on the ingredient label on each dish.

How long will my food last?

All of our food is 100% organic and created fresh for you. It will last up to 3-5 days after you have received your food, if properly stored in air tight containers in the fridge.

Do I have to keep my food in the fridge?

We are 100% organic, with no pesticides or preservatives and non-GMO, all of our ingredients are time and temperature sensitive. We recommend keeping all food cold until eating!

Delivery & Pick-up

What is the difference between home delivery & store pick up and can I change that?

The difference is that you can pick up directly from our restaurants at your convenience anytime from 12-closing. With delivery, our trucks will deliver to your home, however we cannot guarantee a specific time.

Our Delivery service does come with a $50 fee and different packaging. You can change the method by emailing us at: krushlifestyles@organickrush.com or call us at 516-274-0628 and we would be happy to assist you.

I don’t need delivery, can I pick up at one of your locations?

Yes! We have locations in Woodbury, Amagansett, Roslyn, Plainview, Stony Brook, Rockville Centre, and Westport, CT.

We are always expanding, so stay tuned for future pick up locations.

When are my meals delivered?

At Organic Krush, we pride ourselves on serving the freshest meals with no added preservatives or chemicals. Therefore, meals will be delivered on Sundays and Wednesdays.

If I chose delivery, do I need to stay home to wait for it?

All of our meals are delivered in insulated boxes with gel packs to keep them cool. You will have an option to give delivery instructions (ex. Front porch, side door, in front of the garage) and the package will be left there.

How do I know when I will receive my delivery?

Our promise is to deliver to your door step Wednesdays and Sundays between 12pm and early evening. Our driver will take a picture and text you to notify you of delivery. You will also receive an automatic notification that your package is on its way.

What time can I pick up my delivery from my favorite Organic Krush store?

I live in a gated/private community. Can you still deliver?
